Sabitos

When Josh was 5, he decided to make dinner for me one night.  It turned out very interesting.  He used milk, apple juice, peanut butter and almonds.  All mixed together.  Yeah.  He enjoyed that so much that he continues to ask if he can make dinner for us.  Occasionally I say no but I try to be accommodating.  Earlier this month during breakfast, he was pretending that he and I were cooks, and dad was the customer.  We humored him and the meal was fine.  The next day, he did it again.  So we started asking him questions about this new "restaurant."  Turns out that he is the owner who doesn't really do anything and Mike and I are the cooks.  Great.  I asked what the restaurant was called and he said "Sabitos." We joked with him about inviting people to his restaurant and he loved the idea.  He invited everyone over that night and served pizza.  Since then he 'opens' Sabitos about once every week or two.  Mike asked him on Thursday night if he would be willing to open up Sabitos for the BYU basketball game that was going to be on tv on Saturday.  Josh said "Yeah, I can probably do that."  Well, he was very concerned about the time and day that this was going to happen but when the time was actually here, he ditched out to play with his cousins.  Yeah, he is definitely in charge.  Mike ended up being the cook and made some delicious burritos.  It was a cafe rio type pulled pork burrito and it was a big hit.  Whenever I make anything new and Mike says that it's good, I always ask if it's "make it again good."  His burritos today were definitely make it again good.
