Cottage Cheese

We've been trying to eat healthier around here and the other night we used cottage cheese on our burritos instead of sour cream.  Josh was fine with this since he loves cottage cheese but he wanted to know what it was made of.  I always defer these kinds of questions to Mike since I stink at trying to explain things and usually don't know the answer anyway.  This time was no exception.  I've never stopped to think what cottage cheese is made of because I enjoy eating my food in complete and utter ignorance as to how it's made and what it contains. So Josh asked Mike and Mike shot the question right back at him asking "What do YOU think it's made of?"  Josh looks at the cottage cheese and says "I think it's white beans covered with milk."  We had a good laugh and then I tuned Mike out as he explained the real answer.  I sure thought it was funny though that he thought it was made with beans and milk and he STILL loved to eat it.  Gross!

Josh: "Mom, why I always think that Santa is fat is because he uses 2 winter coats."
Mom: "Oh yeah?"
Josh: "Yeah.  Am I right?"
