Stake Conference

We had stake conference a couple weeks ago and so I brought some candy hearts for Josh to snack on, a copy of the Friend and then some paper and a pen for him to draw with.  When he got out the paper and pen, he drew a circle with four lines coming out of it and a head of sorts.  He then writes "you" at the top and hands it to Mike.  Mike looks at it and then looks at Josh who is silently laughing like this is the funniest thing ever.  Mike just looks confused.  So I lean over and explain to him that when he's with his Uncle Dave at church, they draw silly pictures of each other and pass it back and forth.  Understanding dawns on Mike's face and he turns to Josh and gives him a joking mean face.  Josh cracks up. "That's you as a dog" he whispers.  Then Mike starts to draw a picture for Josh and I just roll my eyes. Dave's pictures are always silly and goofy, like a boy wearing underwear with a brown paper bag over his head.  Mike draws a face with a mustache and hands it back over to Josh.  He barely gives him a smile.  Poor Josh, he needs Dave.
