Swimming Lessons

Wow, what to say about Josh.  School's been out for over a month now and I'm pretty sure that he's already lost whatever it was they claimed to have taught him last year.  Oh well, that's what 2nd grade's for, right?  Josh just finished swim lessons at the local pool.  He loved it.  I was upset at the beginning because they automatically stuck him in the beginning level because of his age even though he had taken swim lessons for the past 2 years at another pool.  However, he ended up getting sick and missing 3 days so it all worked out okay.  He was also the most advanced kid in the class and he loved it.  The teacher would brag on him and tease him that he was showing off and Josh would eat it up.  Overall, a great experience.

Man, look at those ribs!  I promise that I usually feed him.  Well, at least 2 out of the 3 meals.

That's his teacher waiting at the bottom for him.  The second time, he had Josh swim to the side all by himself.  Josh was pretty proud.
