We're going to be heading down to Disneyland and Josh has NO idea. I wanted to create a little excitement and anticipation about it without giving away the surprise so I came up with a plan. Starting this morning and every morning until we leave, I'm sticking up a letter that spells out Disney-land and then a number as we count down the days. So this morning Josh woke up to 10 letter D's scattered around the house and the number 6 written on his bathroom mirror, and 2 other windows in the house. His reaction was hilarious. Here are some of his musings and comments about it:
What's up with all these D's all over?
And what's up with a 6 on my mirror?
Mom, are you missing any of your blue sticky stuff? Because it looks like they used it to stick up all the letters.
Hmmm, there's nothing under them.
There's nothing about them so why did someone do that?
There's nothing in my room.
There's nothing downstairs.
Later, Bode came over and Josh asked him "Have the 6's and D's ever made a visit to your house?"
Here is a picture of Josh by one of the D's. I asked him what he thought of them and he said "Weird."
